Privacy@lemmy.ml•Any recommendations for a privacy respecting watch with basic smart features?
7·2 years agoFully recommend the bangle.js
Super simple, hackable smartwatch. Perfectly compatible with gadgetbridge etc.
Had no issues whatsoever since I bought it a year or so ago

Privacy@lemmy.ml•I am looking for a privacy respecting android tv box/stick
43·2 years agoBump. Really interested as well!
For me: totally. I need to use windows for work. With WSL, I can use all the tools I need via the Debian box underneath. All I use windows for are the communication apps my colleagues use.
Apart from work: nope. Full time Linux kinda guy
I totally agree, although information itself should be freely accessible for everyone. Nice topic for a discussion though!

Jellyfin: The Free Software Media System@lemmy.ml•A Call for DevelopersEnglish
64·2 years agoInteresting read about the Development Bystander Problem. I was indeed part of it. Maybe it is time to start contributing :)
Automatic daily downloads of all my favorite channels and watching them via jellyfin. Good enough for me
Can’t recommend the Bangle.js enough. Great piece of hardware! Fully usable and customizable software, even if you’re not a software dev, as some people on the internet claim you have to be
Thanks man, much appreciated. No shame from me. You gotta do what you gotta do :)
Wallpaper please? Love the theme

Looking really cool. Wishlisted :)
