I’m so looking to this. There are two big issues in Wayland for me:

1. Firefox not restoring Windows where they were
2. RDP clients having problems with multimonitor setup

This feature might solve both (enable them) at same time. 🤩

The same goes for Christianity and many other religions, I guess.

In such cases I usually do a disk image copy after I remove apps that aren’t required. That way I have all the files and I can boot it in a virtual machine if necessary.

But X support is through Wayland, at just that was my impression. I mean it’s not using X11 directly, or is it?
