If I needed to intimidate people into not voting but I only had 30,000 brownshirts I would just be very selective about where I send them, where they’ll have the most impact. Sending one anywhere isn’t going to do anything, it needs to be a large visible presence in order to more effectively spread that fear.

I bet 30,000 ICE agents at the “15 or so” places where Trump needs a better handle on the voting would be enough to change people’s minds about being there. Naw, but seriously, I would like to hear the more complicated answer to why wind isn’t as viable.
