Jeg bruger kodeviseren, og når man lige har vænnet sig til det, synes jeg ikke det er markant mere besværligt end appen.

8·15 days agoI don’t speak any Irish, but I am obsessed with Kneecap at the moment. Some of their lyrics include English of course, some tracks are fully in Irish. Either way, they are great!
Aloo Gobi/ kartoffel-blomkåls karry er en relativt tør karry, mega godt. Jeg tror det er ret nemt, men jeg skal ikke udbrede mig for meget, min mand står som sagt for maden.
Hvis du søger på aloo gobi finder du masser af opskrifter og versioner. Min mand laver selv krydderi blanding, men man kan også bruge en færdig masala. Jeg mener han bruger kommen, korianderfrø, hvidløgspulver, sennepsfrø, chili, peber, kanel, nelliker, måske kardemomme? Og laubærblade. Men det kan du finde i opskrifter :)
Når vi ikke lige har blomkål bruger han ærter - så er det aloo mutter i stedet, så plejer der at komme lidt flåede tomater i så der er mere sovs. Også en fremragende ret.
Vores datter er vegetar, her er nogle af de retter hun holder mest af, til inspiration. Min mand laver maden hjemme hos os, så er ikke super obs på ingredienserne og hvorvidt du kan finde dem alle fra EU :)
- Ris og dal, tit med spinat eller grønkål i, nok den ubestridte favorit hos vores barn
- Grønsagssupper af enhver art - igår var det gulerodssuppe med koriander og croutoner, blomkålssuppe er også populært
- Vegetar burritoer, med salsa, bønner, guac osv
- Kikærte karry (channa masala)
- Kartoffel-blomkåls karry (aloo gobi)
- Enhver form for Thai karry, med de grøntsager der er i køleskabet
- Nuddel stir fry
- Ovnbagte rodfrugter med tsatsiki
- Falafler med brød, hummus, andet dyp
I also switched to Kvaesisto from Nova. Its quite different, and I had to get used to it, but I really love it now. I don’t think I’ll ever want to switch.
Agree Sri Lanka is underrated, it has some gorgeous beaches, the hill area is beautiful, and the food is excellent.

32·29 days agoSome people with penises can have very bad hygiene, and this too results in bad smells. Trying to make this specific to women is just misogyny.
I just had to tweak the permissions for MobilePay, I cannot remember exactly which, but I think it was something about allowing it to use the Play Store integrity layer? It was a quick fix in any case, and they have some advice on the Graphene site.
For banking Revolut works with no issues. I have not tried my main bank, I never use their app, always do my banking on my laptop anyway.
Good luck. I switched a long while back now, and I love it. I went back to using a phone cover with space for a physical payment card, and I honesty never miss having Google Pay.
There were a couple of other items specific to Denmark that I had issues with, one I solved and it now works (MobilePay), the other I replaced with a dongle (MitID). Outside of those two, everything else worked flawlessly from the start.
There is a lot more control available to you, and I’ve found the settings and user experience very easy to figure out.

4·2 months agoThere is not one workout split that is categorically “better”. You have to start with your goals, then look at things like how long you can realistically spend at the gym when you go, and how many times a week you can go. The combination of those factors define the best suited split and programme for you.
What you need, no matter the split, is consistency, and progressive overload.

7·2 months agoIt really depends what your goals are. Do you want to be slimmer? Or do you want to be thicker/ wider/ more muscular?
You may have built some muscle, but it takes a long time to build enough for it to be obviously visible.
So if your goal is to look more muscular, keep going. And make sure you are doing progressive overload, perhaps revamp your split or your programme, if you feel progress has stalled. If building muscle is your goal, I would also consider dropping one or both of your cardio days, to do more resistance sessions- you could then switch to PPL maybe

Sidder i tog hjem fra kontoret lige nu. Glæder mig ekstra til at komme hjem fordi jeg ved min mand har lavet både dal og en kylling xacuti, så det er nærmest et festmåltid der venter derhjemme.











I do not always carry my wallet, but i have a credit card in a compartment in the back of my phone case. Works just as well as google pay for me.
