I know this is a joke but as someone who works in logistics pack it like its going to be handled by a minimum wage worker whose time and volume metrics are closely tracked. Because it is.

I used to work at FedEx, and while most people did try to get all the packages in safely and “this way up,” they just want us to pack so many boxes into each truck that it becomes impossible by the end of the shift no matter how good you are at Tetris, and you end up just having to put things wherever they fit, even if they’re crushing another box. But also, yeah, there was one guy who took great pleasure in punting boxes into his truck, so pack that shit up good.
You’re not wrong but of all carriers, FedEx is my least favorite from a “will things get to me on time and in one piece” perspective.
When a public service gets privatized:
My grandpa’s ashes got lost in the mail and was several days late to his funeral
I miss Coffin Flop. No explanation, just body after body busting out of shit wood hitting pavement

It’s impossible that that many dead bodies are falling out of coffins every day.
