This is really disappointing for you. It’s the vicious circle, because you’re depressed you need an appointment but because you’re depressed you miss the appointment leading to more depression. It’s really rough.

Thanks it’s impossible to answer it in order with the examples I’ve got. I’ve got stuff that hits all the points but can’t do it in order. Will that be an issue?

I use a girl called jack for cheap healthy food. If in doubt get beans or lentils, frozen veg, rice and spices. I eat a lot of lentil curry or chilli, bean goulash or chilli and Buddha bowls (normally chickpeas, rice, spinach and roast sweet potato).
