They could have gone with a more contemplative “Look inward”.

FAA standard person is 170lbs/77kg. I’m sure the airlines use a better estimate though.

Micro economics: Price will reduce to maximize utilization
The world we know: reduction in cost means increased profits we can funnel directly into fuel for the CEO’S private jet and super yachts.
Carbon isn’t considered a cost by the wealthy and powerful.

Pharmaceuticals are life saving for people in various conditions whether thyroid issues, achieving a body that can exercise in the first place, or fast interdiction for diseases associated with excess body fat. But yeah i agree with your point if someone’s problem is their own choice in diet and exercise.
When you go off GLP-1s you generally gain all that weight back. So when they’re discussed in the context of saving airlines on fuel costs it’s not that far a leap from cynicism about pharmaceutical companies being pretty excited about rising popularity in a take-forever-drug.
Capitalism is so gross…

Just remember to have your installs on independant hard drives, not just partitions.

Paying an engineer to fix bugs costs too much. Better make an AI and train it on our code so it can fix the bugs learn to make the bugs elsewhere too.

They talk like there’s training needed, that it’s some learned skill. It’s just a means to blame the worker instead of the AI for not boosting productivity.

It doesn’t the ship through the universe, but the universe around it!
The problem isn’t that they were keeping a USB cable in a secured location for security concerns, the problem was that they were doing so because they believed bits were left over in the copper itself and enough such that data would be recoverable. Like marbles through a tube.
I do hope the practice was due to your point and that the particular person was just naive, misinterpreting a presumably shitty PowerPoint.
It’s those internet tubes, can’t trust em
I have heard of a gov employee keeping a usb cable in a locked cabinet because they thought it had leftover data after use.
Dead silent moonlit landscapes are just incredible.
Dry is key, wet and cold winters are awful. Like -6C to -17C is perfect. -6C is practically t-shirt weather. Anything between-3C and 5C (27F-41F) is just misery.
Living somewhere that the snow stays powdery and it’s -10C on average for 4 months of the winter is awesome!
Northern summers are all bangers, except the mosquitos and midges…
Why a cabin? Gloves and an axe will do fine.
Something like
int *a = new int(10)
Int*b = null
While *b !=10 { b = rand(); a=new int(10)}
Return *b
I haven’t coded recently enough in c/c++ to remember syntax but the concept might work eventually if you’re lucky and have enough memory… Might need a time variant seed on the rand()…

The labor cost though, it’s at an all time lo… Wait no that’s gone up… What are they even doing?
Something like business metrics being measured in board salary $/frame-hour?
I found some good stuff in the F2P demo/early access. Especially if you’re just looking for a few hours of fun. Every now and then you can find a release F2P title that’s not monetizing you. But without the marketing budget or polish they don’t take off in popularity.
