Working in a kitchen isn’t a felony though, nor is serving food normally. Now, if someone said they spit in the food and you knew about it but still served it, that could be a felony. If that ‘spit’ turned out to be rat poison and killed a guy, that’s felony murder.

There has to be a level of participation before felony murder happens. If you knew about something bad happening and did nothing to stop it. But, they have to be able to prove that you knew about it, or at least convince the judge/jury

Agree with you about it being used disproportionately on non-white though, there’s some fucked up felony murder charges out there.

You could play full games, start to finish. I think it’s kinda unfair to compare them to demos. It was a pretty good deal at $10 a month.

Just about nobody out there is focusing on making a steam deck optimized game right out the gate. They build a full game, then they go through and try to optimize/update ui for smaller screens. That’s additional work, on top of an already hard task of making a good game.

Nah, it was just a terrible game, hence the lack of advertisement. A hero shooter with zero soul put into it.

Doom dark ages. Just upgraded my computer, and I thought ‘hey, I really liked 2016 and eternal, this’ll be great, and it’s got great reviews’. Nah, the whole game just felt…okay. I might try it again at some point and mess with the difficulty settings, but I felt like I was forcing myself to play it the whole way through.

For me, deep rock really shines when you’re playing the higher hazard levels. Seeing a wall of the cave move because it’s covered in enemies, and then hitting them with a fat boy gave me happy chemicals.

Funny thing is, starfield would probably still be relevant if it didnt have paid mods

I wouldn’t say this one was nonsensical litigation, he was selling pirated software. If he was doing it for free it’d be a much different case.

To me, it’s a similar game to animal crossing. Lots of things to do and customize, not alot of depth. But, some people enjoy that, and that’s okay. And I gotta give them credit for adding so many updates over the years.
