NetLogo includes the NetLogo 3D application that allows you to create 3D worlds.

Notice: NetLogo’s support for 3D is less developed than NetLogo 2D. Models created with this release may not be compatible with future versions. While we’ve made efforts to ensure a quality product, NetLogo 3D has not been subject to the same level of quality control as the main application.
