How to identify my CertCentral account

DigiCert offers several types of CertCentral: Subscription, Enterprise, and Partner.

DigiCert offers several types of CertCentral accounts: Subscription, Enterprise, and Partner. For everyday tasks, such as renewing a certificate, you don’t need to know your account type. However, it’s useful when contacting DigiCert® Support or following instructions in CertCentral product documentation.

CertCentral account types

You can identify your account type using the menu identifiers and logo shown in the CertCentral portal.
