Can you login to the same account on web (https://blorpblorp.xyz/) and see if you encounter the same issue? If you’re able to recreate the issue, web is a little easier to debug.

Sorry I kinda chaotically respond to everyone and sometimes I mix up someone who has already left feedback. I forget where you left your feedback, but just make sure it’s in GitHub (if it’s not already) and it’s much more likely to get addressed. I’m going to try and burn through the entire backlog of issues this month.

How can I make Blorp so incredibly good that you don’t have to juggle multiple clients? Unless you enjoy juggling clients, in which case more power to ya.

I’ll have to think more about fitting markdown editing into messages without making the UI to cluttered. But I’ve wanted the ability to put images in messages for awhile. Markdown editing would make that possible.

Awesome! There are a few other things to sort out before I can merge this. If you have the time and wanna keep using that experimental build for a few days, you can let me know if you encounter any other issues. That would be super helpful as I’m making a bigger change to the markdown editor

Two known issues with that experimental build yet:

• Subscript doesn’t work
• Superscript doesn’t work

I updated the markdown editor awhile back which broke this. I’ll see what I can do. Good catch!

There’s also some issues with nesting formatting like italics inside bold text. I’ve been meaning to look into that too.

Yeah. I don’t control those sorts, that’s a Lemmy thing. But maybe I could add a message that says “try changing your sort to see content” or something.

What’s your post sort set to? A screenshot of the empty feed might be helpful for more context.
