Lourdes University, a private Catholic institution in northwest Ohio, will close in May due to longtime financial woes, declining student enrollment.

    University of Toledo and Walsh University have already said they would accept transfers and try to match financial aid packages. The school should have announced this last semester though to give students enough time to plan accordingly.
