This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
The SVGAnimatedRect interface represents an SVGRect attribute that can be animated.
Instance properties
baseVal-
The base value of the given attribute before applying any animations.
animValRead only-
The current animated value of the given attribute as a read-only
SVGRect. If the given attribute is not currently being animated, then theSVGRectwill have the same contents asbaseVal. The object referenced byanimValwill always be distinct from the one referenced bybaseVal, even when the attribute is not animated.
Instance methods
The SVGAnimatedRect interface does not provide any specific methods.
