Rules & Code of Conduct

All participants, mentors, judges, and organizers are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment throughout the hackathon.

  • Treat all participants with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • All submissions must represent the original work of the team during the hackathon period. Plagiarism or misuse of third-party work may lead to disqualification.

  • Participants must respect intellectual property and properly acknowledge external tools, datasets, or libraries used.

  • Projects must comply with ethical and legal standards and should not promote harmful or illegal activities.

  • The organizers reserve the right to review, reject, or disqualify submissions that violate these guidelines.

 

 

Theme Rules

 

Participants may submit projects under one or more of the following themes. Each project must clearly demonstrate relevance to the selected theme and present a working prototype, concept, or documented solution.

Projects may focus on:

  1. Software Development & Engineering – Web apps, mobile apps, APIs, developer tools, and scalable systems.

  2. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning – AI models, automation, NLP, predictive systems, and intelligent applications.

  3. Data Science & Business Analytics – Data platforms, analytics dashboards, and business insight tools.

  4. AI-Driven Commercial Decision Systems – AI solutions that support forecasting, strategy, and operational decision-making.

  5. Finance & Financial Technology – Fintech tools, digital payments, and financial management systems.

  6. Finance & Tax Technology – Tax automation, compliance tools, and financial reporting platforms.

  7. Sales & Marketing Technology – CRM tools, marketing analytics, sales automation, and customer engagement systems.

  8. Business Management & Consultancy Solutions – Enterprise management tools, consulting frameworks, and workflow platforms.

  9. Business Development & Commercial Platforms – Solutions supporting partnerships, startup growth, and market expansion.

  10. Design & Manufacturing Innovation – Product design, furniture design, and manufacturing or fabrication solutions.
