In the great wide state of Philadelphia (yes, in this universe it's a state) lies a small town named Cherry Hill. Located in the town's busy streets is Cherimoya College, a prestigious university filled with students from all walks of life.
After the fall semester, several of the college baseball team's players graduated, leaving the team barebones. Given a lack of players, many of the students will try their hand at becoming part of The Green Beetles, incentivised by the promise of a scholarship.
Follow the lives of Jerry Dalmond and Parker King, two students who cross paths at the beginning of the new term.
Jerry is a 20 year old dalmatian who's currently a sophomore in sociology.
He prefers not to stand out from the crowd but enjoys hanging out with people. Jerry's considered a reliable person by many in his class. He's a little bit of a low-energy goofball, the type of guy to take a shower in his clothes so he gets two things cleaned.
His love life? Nowhere to be seen. Dust.
Parker is a 21 year old kangaroo, currently in his junior year in Architecture.
His looks and popularity from the baseball team might lead you to believe he’s an extroverted guy. Well.. not exactly. While he’s not completely antisocial, his people skills aren’t that great, and he struggles to open up to others.
His love life is great! ...Or at least it was until a few weeks ago.
Watch their story unfold from both of their perspectives. Reading both sides is recommended to enjoy the full experience.

Really good 😊 I replayed it and enjoyed it even more the second time around! 😁 Xou did a really good job with defining each character as they each feel like full - relatable - people, the comedy is well executed and kept me smiling, and the writing is just really pleasant to read 🙂 xou have a really good flow. One thing I would suggest would be to adjust the custom pointer xou have? I kept having problems navigating to save and change the settings because the cursor’s point isn’t on the index finger but sorta closer to the palm 🧐

Okay, this was so incredibly charming and lovely it got me instantly hooked, well done! Jerry is my baby boy and i would do antyhing to protect him.
I got a question though, on the itch description it says it´s a +18 vn. Is that just because of language, or is imagery going to be adult oriented in the future?
we just want to have the artistic freedom to do stuff thats a little more sensual and explore some mature themes later on! (think of adult in an adult swim kinda way)

One of them dies at the end of each chapter, with the final chapter taking place in hell.
The art style is appealing, but some character design choices threw me off. Jerry, for instance, looks like a cartoon character mid–chicken pox. Cole is supposed to be a red panda, yet he’s yellow, and honestly, even if he were red, his design reads more feline than anything else.
There are some typos and grammatical issues throughout the demo, including awkward double negatives. Cole’s personality is intentionally grating, and while I get that the devs are leaning into that, it didn’t land for me; it felt more irritating than entertaining.
As of now, Jerry and Parker’s stories feel disconnected. There’s a moment where Cole bothers Parker, but that encounter isn’t acknowledged in Jerry’s route. As it stands, Parker and Jerry have no interaction at all. Most of Parker’s scenes are internal monologues or exchanges with unnamed, faceless characters, which makes his storyline feel especially uneventful.
The game’s tagline promises: “Follow the lives of Jerry Dalmond and Parker King, two students who cross paths at the beginning of the new term.” Ironically, they haven’t crossed paths yet.
I'm interested in seeing where this goes, but woof.

for real though just finished the demo and definitely am excited, i absolutely loved the writing a shit ton and had me giggling the whole time
