1. Definitions

• Service – the website aggregating cryptocurrency exchange rates.
• User – any person using the Service.
• Provider – an external cryptocurrency exchange to which the Service redirects the User.
• Affiliate Links – special URLs that enable the Service to earn a percentage commission from cryptocurrency exchanges made by the User at the Provider.

2. Scope of Services

The Service fetches and displays current exchange rates from multiple exchanges via API, sorting them by best offer. The Service does not facilitate direct cryptocurrency exchange.

3. Registration and Data

Using the Service does not require registration or the provision of personal data.

4. Affiliate Links

The Service does not charge Users any fees for using Affiliate Links. The User independently chooses to use the Provider’s service and accepts its terms.

5. KYC/AML Disclaimer

Any suggestions related to Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements are based solely on publicly available information and the documentation provided by Providers. This information is for reference only and may change; Users should review the Provider’s current KYC/AML policies themselves before exchanging cryptocurrency. The Service bears no responsibility for any changes or omissions in those policies.

6. No Cookies

The Service does not use cookies or track User activity.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or quality of the Provider’s services. Users follow Affiliate Links at their own risk.

8. Security

Server infrastructure is secured following best practices. However, we do not guarantee that data transmission between the User and the Provider will be risk-free.

9. Changes to the Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms. The current version is always available on the Service.
