Nurse Ariany specializes in facial harmonization, Botox, lip filler, chin and jawline filler, undereye filler, PDO threads, PRF, Sculptra, and Radiesse, blending advanced techniques with a deep understanding of facial anatomy.

Her background includes 6.5 years working alongside a board-certified plastic surgeon, in addition to extensive national and international training with world-renowned experts in the United States, Brazil, and Norway. Every treatment is fully customized to create beautifully balanced, elegant, and long-lasting results.

Concept Medspa also features a premium Wellness IV Vitamin Drip Lounge, led by Injector Ricky (Henrique Guilherme) — a Registered Nurse with an emergency medicine background and specialized training personally provided by Nurse Ariany. Together, they form a dedicated brother–sister duo, bringing a unique blend of trust, skill, and family-driven care to the medspa. Henrique specializes in IV therapy, hair-loss treatments, and facial balancing, ensuring clients experience the same high standard of quality and safety that Concept Medspa is known for.
