All user thumbnails not showing on YouTube Live Streaming

Hi,

Usually when I share a screen, all user thumbnails appear on the side (when recording to computer), but when I am on YouTube Live streaming, only the thumbnail of the person speaking shows.

How can I make all user thumbnails show on YouTube live?

In the webinar tab, created a webinar weeks ago as I have done many times. Just yesterday, I no longer could edit the webinar as when I went to save, received this message - "something went wrong. Please refresh and try again." Refreshing does not work. Today after the webinar got the attendee page but on step 3, it would not generate the report and again, I got the message -  "something went wrong. Please refresh and try again." Bot is of no assistance other than to clean my cookies off, which I have done.

Resolved! Survey - option to carry over the same survey content when next scheduling a webinar

I use the same survey content every time I schedule a webinar. Is there a way for me to not have to type in the content from scratch everytime? I schedule webinars daily and it seems like a tedious waste of time copying out the same survey content each time. I like the survey being part of the Zoom follow- up email so it is important for it not to be a third party link (that is currently an option).

Anyone else come across this problem?

Hey there!

I am hosting paid webinars this month. I want to provide some supporters a free link to attend my webinar without having to pay. I do not have Zoom Events which apparently offers an option to do this. I only the Zoom webinar and a pro account and trying to figure out a solution without needing to pay another account. I tried sending my friend the link that is generated on the calendar invite but when she clicked on it, it made her register and pay.

I am accepting payment via PayPal and I do not think I can create a code to override the $10 charge. I am just a bit stumped on this and trying to provide some people a free invite to my webinar.

Thanks!

Hello,

On September 18, we organized a Zoom Webinar for one of our clients, but we experienced trouble connecting to the Zoom servers.

The client has a strict firewall policy and needs to know which ports to open before we can access Zoom. Could someone please provide a list of the ports that need to be opened in the firewall, and clarify whether there is any difference between the port numbers for a free Zoom Meeting and a paid Zoom Webinar session?

Kind regards,
Remco

Webinar with participant camera

Is there a way to set up a webinar in which the webinar participant will have their camera on, but mic will be off until unmuted by host?

Webinar Registrants

Is there a way to send a confirmation email to registrants that I upload with a csv who I do not want to receive an invitation as they were invited in a different way.

Thanks!
