While I fully agree on the technological basis, most laws are created to be enforced on social, not technical level. Speeding is illegal, DUI is illegal, safety belts are mandatory. Yet it is not illegal to manufacture a vehicle that can be driven under narcotics influence, over the speed limit, without wearing the seat belt.@jstevenyork
