Yes! That would do it. This page and its filters use a commonly used component called datatables. Simple JavaScript is needed to provide the interactivity. Nothing exotic here, but disabling scripts would definitely limit your experience.

Hi Community folks! One of our most popular pages on the community site is the Latest Message Activity list, which provides an all-inclusive view of all topics and articles that have been posted or replied to recently. When you connect to a server with EG, EG does submit some boilerplate code / utility macros that are commonly used in EG projects. In addition, a user or an admin can specify additional code to run (controlled in Tools->Options->SAS Programs). If you want to see the entire set of code that's run at server start, you can get to it in the Server properties window, "Software" tab. This (old but still accurate) blog post shows you how to see it.

I think it's possible that the "quote string" issue is a red herring here. That warning can come up in a number of legitimate situations. Sometimes it's noise, and you can suppress it with: options noquotelenmax; If running your macros but not letting them finish (interrupting them) leaves the session in an uncertain state, you can "reset" your SAS session by right-clicking on the SAS server name in the Servers view, then select Disconnect. It's a little less drastic than shutting down EG. You can then run your code again, and it will connect to a fresh SAS session.

The ODS Report Writing capabilities provide granular access to building reports and tables that are data driven. See this paper for examples and also the SAS documentation. It may be more than you need, but using these techniques you can create very customized PDF output that has the content you want.

This workshop was offered in 2023. I don't know if the specific data set is readily available, but exercises like this tend to use the HMEQ data set that is provided in the SAMPSIO library that is included with SAS Viya.

The Time Series Forecasting Tool is an old user interface that's surfaced in SAS windowing environment (SAS.exe on your desktop). Modern versions of the same (and more) capabilities are in Forecast Studio (a solution that runs on the SAS 9.4 platform) and SAS Visual Forecasting (in SAS Viya). SAS Enterprise Guide has tasks for several ETS procedures, but not a project-driven interface dedicated to forecasting/time series.

If your API uses OAuth2 style tokens, you can use the special oath_bearer= option on PROC HTTP with your token. It's basically shorthand for "Authorization: Bearer your-oauth-token" in the HTTP header. This is just part of the "data set" icon that has been part of SAS for...decades. The red dot is a design element but as far as I know, does not have a special meaning about the data set status.
