it is an anarchy symbol
No, the chaosphere is a fantasy symbol created for fantasy novels (Moorcock's Eternal Champions stories) that first appeared in Science Fantasy magazine in 1962 and when clearly defined symbolizes fantasy concepts that do not map onto reality. It was subsequently appropriated by anti-bedtime nerds who thinks "Opposition to [the fundamental cosmic force of] Order" is a very clever guiding principle, that doesn't make it an "anarchist symbol"
e) Sorry, this whole thread got me so worked up. If there was a group who came out using the Rebel Alliance symbol from star wars and claimed it was an Anarchist symbol would you expect that to be taken seriously?
