GROUP COACHING is an all-new option which offers a more curated experience to join a group of challengers with like minded goals, and receive closer interactions with the coach of your choice. Guided Coaching remains your true one-on-one coaching experience. We've updated the offering to include ONE FULL MONTH of ongoing coaching and support after the challenge ends to ensure you finish strong. Additionally, each coach will nominate TWO Guided Coaching clients to win an exclusive prize package!
