DOMi has been retired for SeaMonkey 2.57 and up but we still want it in 2.53. Currently it needs to be checked out separately and also cointans alot of cruft which should be cleaned up.
For 2.53 it will be copied into our gitlab 2.53 source tree an maintained there and in our unoffcial patch queue for 2.53.8 and up.
