JConsole User Guide Link from the Help menu is not accessible by keyboard

        User Guide link is not getting focused when traversed by the tab key from the keyboard.

        To Reproduce:
        1. Launch JConsole
        2. Click on the Help Menu, and select About
        3. Try to access the link "http://www.java.com" by using only the keyboard.

        Expected:
        Link should be focused, and clicking Space/Enter should take to the user guide as it is done using a mouse click

        Actual:
        Link is not getting the focus.
