Bug Description

This isn't really a regular SRU, the bootloader assets in question are already part of noble and tested, these packages are just technical debt in the process of being eliminated.

I think I can upload risc-v as well know, the u-boot we are depending on for risc-v is already in updates, only arm64 was a problem which is not relevant for cd-boot-images-arm64

Mate, this needs the u-boot SRU for noble to be accepted and published before these cd-boot-images-* are accepted, right?

Done riscv64 just now.

I believe that is the case for riscv binaries already, only arm binaries were held back, no?

Yes, only armhf/arm64 binaries were held back. But I'll wait for u-boot to be fully published, just to be sure. Currently riscv64 is still building (surprise!) :)

Hello Mate, or anyone else affected,

Accepted cd-boot-images-ppc64el into noble-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cd-boot-images-ppc64el/17.3 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-failed-noble. In either case, without details of your testing we will not be able to proceed.

Further information regarding the verification process can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . Thank you in advance for helping!

N.B. The updated package will be released to -updates after the bug(s) fixed by this package have been verified and the package has been in -proposed for a minimum of 7 days.
