set up window open sensors

we want to make sure the windows are closed and locked when we leave the space.

closed is easier to detect with the flint lock sensors donated by finn.

I mounted some in the kitchen but haven't plugged them in. could route them with ethernet?

okay, so what we need to do with the kitchen window sensors is to daisychain them together and and then on one end route the connection to the other end and put an esp32 to detect if there's a current. this won't detect which window is open but it will detect that they are.

it also won't detect if they aren't locked
