mirror an ical feed onto nextcloud in a user-shareable and filterable way

right now scn feed exists as an ical ​https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/[email protected]/public/basic.ics and importing this into nextcloud works but it doesn't do a couple things:

1) I can't share it with all devhack members
2) I can't filter it by location. scn events at devhack have devhack's address in the "location" field. (this is less important tbh but would be cool to merge with our internal "room reservation"-esque calendar)

either fork nextcloud to allow sharing ical feeds or have a bot that mirrors an ical with a nextcloud in a way that the calendar is nextcloud-native.
