Were building out a mining project in Brazil and opening up to a wider circle of partners.
Who we are (quickly): Over the past few years weve built and run mining infrastructure across Europe and Paraguay. Brazil is the next step not a slide deck, just real operations on the ground.
🔧 Whats already in place:
- Operational base in Salvador (Bahia), with warehouse and local team
- Infrastructure ready to scale further (engines, containers)
- Signed term sheet with a major upstream gas supplier for power generation
- Access to multi-MW energy contracts gas-to-power, BTM solar, and BTM hydro ready to turn into hosting capacity
- Project pipeline ranging from 17 MW to 200+ MW at different stages of due diligence
⚠️ What weve already been through:
Weve learned the hard way:
- import and customs
- legal pitfalls
- regulatory timing
- working with local gas and power providers
- dealing with bad actors
- securing equipment and hashrate on-site
Brazil is not plug-and-play which is exactly why local structure and the right partner matter more than capital alone.
🤝 Who were looking for:
- ASIC owners and mining operators looking for a stable, properly run environment
- Infrastructure and container teams (HC/BC immersion, hydro, airflow) capable of deploying at scale
- Power and generation specialists gas engines (Guascor, CAT), turbines, PPA balancing with mining load
- Cooling and efficiency partners for 20 MW+ setups
- Repair and technical teams who want to build a Brazil operation alongside us
- Long-term partners who think in years, not quarters execution over marketing
❌ Not interested in:
- Brokers stacking fees
- I know a guy with 500 MW type stories weve seen it before
If youve actually deployed, powered, cooled, or serviced mining at scale or you run a fleet and want it operating somewhere solid reach out.
Send me a DM. Ill reply personally.
