Is that information official? It might be the case of buying a casino by the new owner. There is another possibility of changing the brand name to represent the wide array of gambling options other than blackjack (which IMO is too narrow).
This is also a plausible hypothesis. Changing the name might be a wise move to avoid such a narrow interpretation. But isn't it unprofessional not to post an official announcement about the brand/domain change to prevent confusion? Not announcing such an important update opens the door to suspecious thoughts about the company wants to act behind a new name to hide something. I doubt that their official manager here in bitcointalk is even aware about this change. Wz don't even know when this did happen.
