Some issues may require login information for resolution, and failure to provide access will increase the time required to resolve your issue.

* Your website information will be encrypted in our database.
* All submitted data is visible to JetBackup staff only.
* All website information removed from our database once your ticket is closed.
* To add multiple website information, kindly create a ticket with us first. Afterward, our system will allow you to add multiple website credentials.

Server Login Details

The following information will assist JetBackup Support with your issue.
Some issues may require login information for resolution, and failure to provide access will increase the time required to resolve your issue.

* Your server information will be encrypted in our database and visible to JetBackup staff only.
* Tech support SSH Public keys are auto generated and unique
* All server information including SSH Public key will be automatically removed from our database once your ticket is closed.
* To add multiple server information, kindly create a ticket with us first. Afterward, our system will allow you to add multiple server credentials.

Please note, we now require clients opening Technical Support (Support Level 1) tickets to select a product from their account to open a ticket.

For clients who have purchased a license through a partner, please select "None" in the Related Services box, enter your licensed IP address/Product key, and click verify to verify your license is active before ticket creation.

If you require assistance reactivating a license or purchasing a new license, please select the Billing or Sales department respectively.
