United Way BC Helpline Services is comprised of a dedicated and talented team of professionals.

Our Resource Navigation team includes full and part-time call takers who compassionately and skillfully answer requests for information and referral.

Our Database Resource team dedicatedly ensures the accuracy of the 16,000+ agency and program records that make up our resource database and conducts resource research for topic-specific projects.
