This project of three ultra-luxurious duplex apartments is located in the the heart of Kensington & Chelsea. Cheyne Place rises as a contemporary vision amidst the established elegance of the borough.

The scheme involved the full demolition of the existing 4 storey townhouse and alterations to the existing sub structure whilst providing temporary support to the adjacent properties. A new RC frame now forms the new six storey building.

Throughout the process, stringent quality standards reigned supreme. The client’s exacting vision demanded a high-end finish, down to the finest detail. This necessitated a collaborative design process, where precision met creativity, ensuring each element exceeded expectations.
