Pasear por Madrid Río con algo de buen tiempo es una delicia. Nada como ponerse cómoda y lanzarse a caminar. Desde Pirámides a Príncipe Pío hay un buen paseo, y las preciosas vistas de el Palacio Real y la Catedral de la Almudena desde una perspectiva diferente a la que estams acostumbrados. Habéis paseado por aquí???

Walking by the river at Madrid Río with a nice weather is a lovely plan. Wear something comfy and go out. From Pirámides to Príncipe Pío there is a good walk, and you can enjoy a view of the Royal Palace and the Cathedral really different from the one we are used to. Have you ever walked by the river in Madrid?

Siempre me ha gustado visitar parques y jardines botánicos, y el de Edimburgo fue todo un descubrimiento. Cuidadísimo y con una gran variedad de especies es el lugar perfecto para perderse y esperar que salga el sol. Con lo que llueve por allí está todo verde y frondoso, yo os recomiendo visitar los invernaderos de bulbos y orquídeas y las rocallas. Por los alrededores del botánico se pueden observar pequeñas mansiones con coquetos jardines, es una preciosa zona residencial.

I've always loved visiting parks and gardens, and the one in Edinburgh is worth a visit. They take good care of it, and it's super green thanks to the rainy weather. With so many different species is a lovely place to wander and wait for the sun to come (not happening, really). Anyway, go to the glass houses and enjoy the bulbs, orquids and rocaille gardens. If you walk the residential area around the Botanic garden you'l find lovely houses with charming gardens.

Siguiendo con la visita a Escocia, hoy os enseño el Castillo de Edimburgo y acabamos la visita en Leith. El Castillo tiene bastante que ver y puedes entretenerte las horas que quieras entre armaduras, historia, joyas de la corona... Aunque para mí  lo mejor fue pasear por los callejones entre sus murallas y observar la panorámica de la ciudad desde lo alto. Si además lo visitas en uno de esos días de tiempo loco (que por mi experiencia son todos) puedes encontrarte con un arcoiris que aparezca entre rayo de sol y granizada, ten cuidado no te lleve el viento!

We continue our Scotland visit at Edinburgh Castle, and end the day in Leith. The Castle has plenty to be seen, and you can wander there hours among armours, history, crown jewels... but the best part for me was discovering the small village inside the walls, and watching the city from this high perspective. If you happen to visit it during a crazy weather day (most of them), you'll get to see the rainbow, which appears between sun rays and hailstones, don't let the wind carry you away!

Edimburgo es, sin duda, una ciudad que merece la pena visitar. Este ha sido mi primer viaje a Escocia, pero definitivamente es un lugar al que me gustaría volver con más tiempo y poder explorar más de sus inquietantes rincones. La ciudad, con una configuración curiosa debido a los desniveles y los característicos "close", tiene un sinfín de historias misteriosas y oscuras, muy inspiradoras para dar vida al mundo mágico de Harry Potter, al que deberían nombrar hijo predilecto de Edimburgo por la cantidad de turismo que atrae.

Edinburgh is, without a doubt, worth the visit. This has been my first trip to Scotland, but it's definetely a place I would like to go back with more time to explore the disconcerting corners. The city, with an original set up full of "closes", has endless mistery and dark stories, truly inspiring for Harry Potter's magic world, who was created in such an intriguin place.

Esta semana es San Valentín, y vamos a decorar la mesa para esta ocasión especial de una forma muy sencilla y vistosa. Solamente tenéis que comprar un trozo de fieltro para transformar una mesa normal en un escenario ideal para el día de los enamorados! Os apuntáis?

Este invierno estamos teniendo la suerte de poder disfrutar de muchos días de sol, y hoy os quiero enseñar algunas imágenes de un paseo al atardecer por Madrid Río, para aprovechar bien los últimos rayos de sol del día. Good morning! This Winter we are enjoying lots of sunny days, and today y want to show you some pictures from a late walk at Madrid Río, to make the most of those last sunrays.
