My immediate priority is to pinpoint AI opportunities that improve customer-facing solutions for our banking and NBFC clients, with customer service automation at the forefront. Within the first 90 days I expect a clearly articulated AI roadmap that shows how Large Language Models, agentic workflows, generative techniques, classical ML, and intelligent process automation will be woven into our existing loan-origination, collections, and digital banking products.
