Hi! This repo is for documenting the language as it is now, not for proposing changes to it. The
best place to discuss new features is on [the PHP Internals mailing
list](https://www.php.net/mailing-lists.php), and eventually [write an
RFC](https://blogs.oracle.com/opal/the-mysterious-php-rfc-process-and-how-you-can-change-the-web).
