"Laudanum" is a short (21 minutes) set of sacred minimalism from the creative genius, Amir Baghiri and Rüdiger Gleisberg. The three compositions feature atmospheric minimalism surrounding - and surrounded by - Gregorian chants. The music is another vehicle for meditation, albeit a different form.
Dark evocative sonic visions, in a gothic religious vein not so different from the best episodes by Raison D'Etre. This enchanting three pieces release features delicate atmospheres of unknown mysticism that speaks directly to an inner spiritual dimension, discovering moving images of trascendence. It's like visiting a medieval cathedral trying to get the atmosphere of mistery coming from forgotten ages. Superlative.
