I would give them more stars if I could. Very patient, attentive, supportive and encouraging. We put them through a lot for 7 months. They both jumped right on everything. My wife kept wanting to see more houses and they just complied. I was skeptical about signing with them because I had not done that 30 years ago in Illinois. I paused and thought about it for a few minutes. I think the fact that we did sign made them work that much harder, knowing that we had teamed up with them. He was also great at figuring out what would be a good offer. We saved about 20k off the sellers reduced price when you consider everything. We both feel very blessed the way everything turned out. I feel like Dave and Kristy are freinds now. I have more good things to say, but you may not need to hear any more.
