This Day in History: Congress approves 19th Amendment

(WDBJ) - June 4, 1919:
Congress approved the 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution.
The amendment said that Americans’ right to vote cannot be denied or limited by the United States; or by any state based on somebody’s sex.
