When you enter your unique PIN at the start of your call, KŌKUA AI activates Private Mode and can remember general details from your conversations—like wellness goals you’re working toward or challenges you’re navigating—to provide increasingly personalized support.
Your privacy is protected: We never store personally identifiable information with your conversation history. You can request deletion of your conversation history anytime by emailing support@tripp.com .
Want an ephemeral conversation? Simply skip the PIN entry, and your conversation won’t be saved to your profile. You’ll still receive a helpful text summary at the end of your call.
No worries! Simply ask KŌKUA AI to reset your PIN during your call, and a new one will be sent to your phone via text message. If you encounter any issues with your PIN, our support team at support@tripp.com is ready to help.
