RELEASE – A Healing Experience

Join me for RELEASE, a deeply restorative 90-minute healing session designed to help you gently let go of emotional tension stored within the body.

Many of us carry stress, emotions, and life experiences in our bodies without even realising it. Through guided practices that calm the nervous system and reconnect you with your body, this session offers a safe space to soften, unwind, and release what you no longer need to hold.

This immersive experience blends meditation, breathwork, Reiki healing, and intuitive movement, supporting the body’s natural ability to process and release stored emotions.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply relaxed.

What to Expect
During the session we will move through a guided journey that may include:
• grounding meditation
• breathwork to support emotional release
• gentle movement to reconnect with the body
• Reiki energy healing
• deep relaxation and integration
