This treatment is beneficial for both men and women looking for deep relaxation, release of tense jaw muscles and revitalisation. Having mastered various powerful ancient modalities, Bibi offers, a deeply therapeutic, lymph stimulating massage incorporating back, neck, head, chest and, of course, face, with lasting results.

We begin by grounding the body and move on to working oil through with finger pressure and mobilisation to calm and soothe the muscles of the back, shoulders, neck and back of the skull. 

The back massage stimulates the Bladder meridian channel, which runs through the muscles either side of the spine from where the nerves emerge to enervate the entire body and its systems. Massaging this channel directly stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and encourages deep relaxation and feelings of peace and optimism.

You then turn over to receive the facial massage. This combines lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage and sculpting techniques, relaxing, and reviving the muscles of the chest, neck, face, and head.

External jaw and intra oral work are performed to release tension around the mandibular joint, the upper palette, and the pterygoids, hidden underneath the powerful masseter chewing muscles. This relieves tension in the head and neck created by constant stress-related clenching of the jaw.

The treatment ends with a grounding foot ritual.

PLEASE NOTE: Using natural oils and gua sha tools, as everything will be worked up the face, shoulders and neck and into massage of the scalp, you may want to come on a day your hair hasn’t been washed!
