Shah Overseas is a personal study abroad consulting firm with deep roots in Nagpur and a growing presence in Pune and Dubai. Founded 10 years back by American university alumnus Mr. Nikit Shah, we are passionate about empowering students to pursue world-class education in countries like Ireland, USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and many more.

We understand that navigating the journey of studying abroad can be overwhelming. From the mystique of world universities to the complex procedures of student visas and post-study work opportunities, we demystify the entire process with our end-to-end personalized services.

  University Selection – Your Second Home

  While selecting universities for you we consider factors like location, cost, reputation, competitiveness, and whether the school is public or private. We discuss short listed universities with you and your parents. After your consent we start application for the universities. We don't try to match you to the school, but rather find the school that matches you and your priorities and long-term goals. Remember that no official ranking system exists for colleges and universities in the United States. The best college or university is the one that is best for you and meets your requirements—academic, financial, and personal.

  For grad students, the academic experience is paramount, and your career goals will impact what you look for in a program. If you want a master's degree to give you that professional edge, then the overall quality of the faculty may be more important than finding the ideal mentor. If you are aiming for a PhD, however, finding a specific professor to serve as your thesis advisor trumps the talents of the faculty at large. Apply to schools that have one or more professors who do research in your general area of interest, and with whom you can imagine working closely for a year (or six).
