This criminal complaint describes bomb threats and hoax communications sent between December 2015 and February 2016 targeting schools and an airport in Palm Beach County, Florida. The communications were sent via a Twitter account using the name "Eric Mead8z" and email accounts including "[email protected]". An investigation identified Preston McWaters as the person who created the accounts and sent the threatening communications. McWaters has a prior history of stalking and harassing a woman named Devon Kenney.
