Michael Haines is the Founder and President of New Beginnings Window and Door. He founded the company back in 2008 and currently is active in the day to day operations. Michael has over 30 years of experience in the door and window industry.
Along with being passionate about windows and doors his true passion is his family. Michael and his wife/ business partner Domenica have been together over 25 years. Together they have 4 children, Christopher, Jacob, Toby, and Zoe. During his free time he enjoys spending time with family, golf, and vacationing in Florida.
Domenica has been with the company since day 1! She runs the financial and back end operations. She loves working side by side with husband and her 3 sons. When she's not working she can be can found with a book in her hand with her toes in the sand.
Ethan joined the NB/Haines family in 2024 when he married Michael and Domenica's daughter Zoe. A few years later, he officially joined the New Beginnings team as a delivery driver. When he's not at work driving trucks or unloading shipments, you can find him at his church, also called New Beginnings, working on a custom LEGO diorama, or underneath one of his Audis wrenching away.
Kevin joined NB Window at it's inception in 2008 as an outside Trade Rep calling on General Contractors, Builders, and Architects. Kevin has 2 grown sons and 5 grandkids! He loves to spend time with them as they all reside in New Fairfield CT. He likes to say that he knows windows and coaching baseball. His family is often busy year round going to travel baseball games. He enjoys staying active and working out and occasionally has time to sell a window or two. "NB has been like family to me since it's formation."
Chris has been a team member at New Beginnings Window & Door since its inception in 2008. Through 15+ Years of hard work at New Beginnings, Chris has worked his way up from counting inventory to the head of our reconstruction division. Mr Hobbes joined the NB family at the age of 8 weeks old. He can typically be found working hard while sitting on Domenica's lap. He enjoys playing with his brother Loomis during his free time. He also enjoys swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and looking for gators while at his second home in Florida.
Jacob has always been apart of NB Family, but officially joined in September 2019.
He is a sales representative working with contractors’ builders and architects. As a son he loves working with his family. When he is not working, Jacob can be found out on the golf course.
Zach is a dedicated member of the New Beginnings Window & Door team and a proud family man. As a father of two boys, he brings the same care, reliability, and commitment to his work that he does to his family. Outside of work, Zach enjoys playing and watching sports and loves to travel whenever he gets the chance. His approachable personality and strong work ethic make him a valued part of our team.
"Tobias" Allan Haines joined the NB team in 2021 as part of the warehouse staff before transitioning to the Installation side of the operation. When he's not on a jobsite he can be found at the Taco Bell Drive-Thru or playing with his loyal husky Loomis!
Chantal has been with NB Window since June of 2022. She is the office manager and self-proclaimed Queen of the office. She has her hands in a little bit of everything including scheduling appointments, deliveries and installs, sales, accounting and so much more. She is a mom of one and has one dog. When not in the office she enjoys going to the beach, grilling, bon fires, watching sports, local live music and comedy shows.
