FEC, FRC, PTI Center: Matrix Parents is designated as
A Family Empowerment Center (FEC) through the California Department of Education, serving families of children and young adults with disabilities, ages 3 – 22 in Marin, Sonoma, and Solano Counties.
A Family Resource Center (FRC) through the California Department of Developmental Services, serving families of infants and toddlers, ages 0 – 3 in Marin, Sonoma, and Solano Counties.
A Parent Training and Information Center (PTI) through the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education. Find your center. As a PTI, Matrix serves families of children and young adults with disabilities, ages 0 – 26, in the following 4 Counties: Marin, Napa, Solano, Sonoma.
