PUP.Optional.Utorrent is Malwarebytes’ detection name for a potentially unwanted program (PUP) that displays advertisements.

PUP.Optional.Utorrent behaves like adware in that it shows advertisements not originating from the websites you are browsing. PUP.Optional.Utorrent is often installed by bundlers.
