You can duplicate ads in Classic campaigns to create variations of your ads or to quickly reuse your existing ads in other campaigns. Learn more about how to duplicate ads in other campaigns.
Important to know
To duplicate an ad within the same campaign:

Go to the Ads in this campaign page in Campaign Manager.
- New campaign - If you're creating a new campaign, you'll go to the Ads in this campaign page after selecting your campaign settings.
- Existing campaign - To duplicate ads within an existing campaign, you can edit the campaign to go to the Ads in this campaign page.

On the Ads in this campaign page, click the
More icon to the right of the ad status and select Duplicate. -
Name the new ad and edit the ad's fields, including the destination URL, featured image or video, and more.
- If you included URL parameters in the destination URL for third-party tracking, you might need to update the URL with new parameters if you'd like to track the newly duplicated ad separately.

Click Save ad in the lower-right corner.
Here's a tip
Depending on your needs, you can duplicate ads while creating or editing a campaign or you can duplicate ads to add them to existing campaigns. For example:
- If you need to create multiple ad variations within the same campaign, you can duplicate an ad to quickly make small changes.
- If you have high-performing ads that you would like to add to other new or existing campaigns, you can duplicate them to quickly add them to other campaigns.
There are some limitations to duplicating ads. You can't duplicate:
- A post that's sponsored from a LinkedIn Page.
- A document ad when used in a campaign with the website visits, website conversions, or lead generation objectives.
