From Intern to Leadership

I began my journey at ISG as an intern in the Storm Lake office, gaining experience in surveying and civil engineering while completing my degree at Minnesota State University, Mankato. After graduation, I transitioned to a full-time position at ISG’s Mankato office.

From the start, I was embraced in a collaborative and supportive environment where team members were eager to share their expertise and answer my questions. Over the past 10+ years I have steadily progressed in my career, earning the role of Structural Engineering Practice Group Leader.
