It always sucks when you run out of lives in a video game. Some may call the mechanic of lives an archaic thing of the past, something unnecessary and something to be done away with.
I feel like Leggit here may agree.
Emphasis on may. I can't really tell with the tape.
And the constant muffled laughter.
Or is that begging?
I dunno- one thing's for sure, though. Without the system of lives, he wouldn't have ended up in this game over. He'd be free to continue to hop, jump, and collect fun things to his life's content- though now, he's stuck in a tight straitjacket, with thick belts wrapped all around him in overkill as mechanized armed assault his vulnerable paws.
The tape gag doesn't help his case too much either, but oh well- we all know he's probably begging for more.
If lives are an "Archaic mechanic of the past", then so is the "Continue" screen! Let's just remove the illusion of choice, here.
Ah, there we go- Now there's only ONE option. Leggit doesn't look too happy with us, but if he was upset, then why is he laughing? He must secretly be a FAN of my alterations to his game!
Look at him! He's squirming with delight!! He can't decide if he wants to stay here for much longer, or brave what lays in store for him by selecting "NO"!
This unlucky rabbit here will have to find out sooner or later. It is his fault, after all...
He may be thinking that without the "Lives" system, he wouldn't be in this predicament.
I say that if he had performed better, he wouldn't be in this predicament.
