Small meme about real situation: one of my acquaintance criticized me without asking me permission on it so I wanted to kinda kill her :| My rage is really big. When I feel rage I'm litteraly turning into red tomato like 😡=🍅 That happens mostly because my blood pressure is usually low but when I get angry it raises so fast that I even feel dizzy
I have quiet BPD so I often trying to suppress my anger and other emotions (wich leads me to self-harm), so I have never fight with someone out of my rage although I always want to :( I'm fighting only myself haha...
Fortunately DBT is really helpful for me and I'm dealing better with my anger issues fr!!!
